We take the protection of your personal data and its confidential treatment very seriously. In doing so, we pursue the interest of enabling and permanently ensuring the use of the website and its technical functionality. This data is automatically processed when the website is accessed. You will not be able to use our services without this provision. We do not use this data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person or your identity.

We usually delete this data after 90 days, unless we need it longer for the above mentioned purposes. In such a case we delete the data immediately after the purpose.

The HVWN has received a contract pursuant to Art. 28 Para. 3 EU-DSGVO for the processing of order data with the service provider.

(a) public authorities

Authorities and state institutions, such as public prosecutors, courts or tax authorities, to which we must transfer personal data for legally mandatory reasons. The transmission will then take place on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the DS Block Exemption Regulation.

5. data processing in third countries

There is no transfer of data to third countries.

6. storage duration

The storage period for personal data can be found in the respective chapter on data processing in relation to certain services and functions under point 3 above. In addition, the general rule is that we only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to fulfil the purposes or - in the case of consent - as long as you have not withdrawn your consent. In the event of an objection, we will delete your personal data unless further processing is permitted under the relevant statutory provisions.

Upon request, we will inform you in writing whether and which of your personal data is stored by us. If you are registered as a user for the HVWN login, you have the possibility to view your data yourself and to change or delete it if necessary. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up-to-date, incorrect information is stored, we will correct it at your request. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data at any time by sending a short message for the future.

8. Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified under 3.1 of this privacy policy will be transmitted.
